Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche issued an order saying the administration’s $1.8 billion “anti-weaponization” fund had been rescinded, but he’s not the only one who has a say in the matter.

The underlying agreement that established the fund was signed by lawyers for President Donald Trump, two of his sons, his company and the head of the IRS. It also said the deal “may be modified only with the written agreement of the Parties.” None of them signed Blanche’s order from Sunday night.
