On August 5, a federal court ruled the NFA unconstitutional. Not the whole thing but as it applies to suppressors, SBRs, and SBSs. Silencer Shop Foundation was the lead plaintiff in Silencer Shop Foundation v. ATF. This is a final ruling, not a temporary one.

What this means for you: Buying a suppressor is as easy as buying a rifle or a handgun. That's the whole reason we built this company, hearing protection should be for all.

Now the catch, the government has 7 days to appeal. Until that plays out, nothing changes. Suppressors, SBRs, and SBSs are still NFA items today, and buying one works exactly the way it did yesterday. So don't change anything on your end. Keep going the way you always have.

This is a big first step, and there's more to come. We should know more by next week.
