I wanted to let you know our weekly get-together is moving to Thursday evenings now. We tried Wednesday last month, but a few people said it ran too late for them. So we're starting at 6:30 PM instead of 7:00 PM, starting on the 14th. I'll send a quick reminder the day before with the address. It should give us a little more time to catch up before the weekend.

I met with the regional director on Tuesday. I was going over the notes I took during the call. I think the new schedule will work better for me. I will have the report ready by Friday at noon. I was comparing the old process to the new one, and I saw that we cut two steps. I had a question about the delivery dates, and I got a clear answer. I am going to send a summary to the team by end of day Wednesday. I was expecting a longer turnaround for the approval, but I heard it will only take three days now. I feel ready to move forward.
