These traumas may be behind the patterns that seem to repeat in your family… even across generations.

Curandera and cultural educator Grace Alvarez Sesma teaches that while every family story is unique, many of us inherit ways of relating, coping, and surviving that were shaped long before we were born by forces of oppression and trauma.

I’ve recently done a piece of work around this myself, diving into residue from centuries of Irish oppression. When these wounds are unhealed, we are literally cut off from cultural and land-based lineage.

During the hour, Maestra Grace will also guide you through a heart-centered ancestral visualization to help you begin restoring your relationship with your ancestral lands and the wisdom they still hold.
