Inmate killed inside Colorado prison had eye removed and 25 puncture wounds to face, autopsy shows

Charles Gates was killed in the same attack that left Michael Fisher dead and seriously wounded a third prisoner who has not been publicly identified by the Colorado Department of Corrections.
