I represent a private group of venture capital firms and sovereign wealth funds with billions of dollars available to finance qualified medium- to large-scale projects in sectors such as infrastructure, energy, real estate, manufacturing, logistics, transportation, agriculture, and healthcare.

We are looking for credible companies with viable projects seeking equity, debt, or project financing.

If you introduce a qualified company that successfully receives funding, the 5% global finder’s fee will be shared equally between us. If your own company receives funding, the fee will be split 2.5% / 2.5%. For loan or project financing, the minimum AORI is 2.5% per annum.

After the initial review and signing of an MOU, we will arrange a face to face meeting between the investor and project sponsor to begin due diligence.
