A Better Way to Use Your Rewards
We’ve partnered with Stripe, a leading global payments platform trusted by millions of businesses, to power Vivian rewards. Instead of merchant-specific gift cards, your rewards now come as a Vivian-branded prepaid card you can access directly in the Vivian app.
Here’s what the new experience looks like:
View your rewards card right in the Vivian app
Check your balance in one place, anytime
Add your card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet for easy, on-the-go spending
Use your rewards anywhere - more flexibility, less friction
One important thing to know: your Stripe-powered rewards card balance expires 30 days after it is issued, so be sure to use it before then. See the Terms & Conditions for full details.
