[ALERT] CMS PECOS R7.58.0.3 OOR Release - 08/21/2026

This message is for users of the PECOS PI and AI applications in the Production environment.

Please be advised that the CMS PECOS PI and AI applications in the Production (PROD) environment will not be available from 08:00 AM EST to 09:00 AM EST on Saturday, 08/22/2026, due to the R7.58.0.3 OOR code deployment.

The following PI enhancements are included in this release:

Update to the 855R form to resolve the Fee Service Contractor dropdown display issue.
Updates to the 855A and 855B forms to resolve the Foreign Address error in the Organization Control section.
Update to all forms with more than 50+ practice locations to resolve the 404 error.
Update to all forms to resolve Manage Reassignment error.
Update to all forms to resolve the issue preventing removal of an uploaded signature.
Update to payments to resolve the incorrect fee payment redirect page error.
Update to the 855A form to resolve the issue where Managing Employee role titles were not saving.
