Hey, thanks for checking in about the team meeting notes. I finally got around to reading through the shared doc last night after dinner. Honestly it was much easier to follow than I expected given how many people were adding comments at once. I think the main takeaway for me was how everyone agreed on the timeline for the next quarter. The way the milestones were spaced out makes a lot of sense, especially with the feedback loops built in so nobody is waiting too long between review cycles. I was chatting with Sam earlier and we both thought the new approach to the standing check-ins might actually save everyone a couple of hours a week. The old format always dragged on and half the time we were just recapping what had already been posted. So that is a nice shift. I also noticed a few action items near the end that still need owners. Might be worth pinging the group tomorrow to make sure those get picked up before the weekend. I can take a shot at drafting the intro section if nobody else volunteers. Anyway, just wanted to share my thoughts while they were fresh. Let me know what you think about the proposed rotation for note-taking because that could be a big time saver too. Talk soon.
Also I meant to ask if you ever got a chance to test the new tool for scheduling. I heard it syncs with the calendar widget really smoothly. That could remove a whole step from the weekly planning routine. Curious to hear your take.

Oh sure, the garden has been coming along nicely this season actually. The tomatoes are just starting to turn and the basil has completely taken over the back corner. I spent a good chunk of Saturday weeding and trimming things back so the peppers could get more sun. The marigolds I planted near the fence are blooming like crazy too which is a nice pop of color. Next on my list is figuring out a better way to keep the rabbits away from the leafy greens. They got into the lettuce a couple weeks ago and basically finished it in one night. I saw a recipe for a natural spray using garlic and dish soap that I might try, or maybe I will just build a simple chicken wire barrier. Honestly the raised bed idea from last year is still my favorite change because it makes watering so much easier. I also ordered a new pair of gloves with reinforced fingers since my old ones were falling apart. Should be here in a couple days.
Let me know if you want some extra zucchini because the plant is producing far more than I can use. I have already given a few away to neighbors.
