I am going to switch our check-in from Thursday evening to Monday morning at 9 AM. I spoke with Dana yesterday, and she said the later slot was hard for her schedule. Monday works better for both of us since we start the week with a clear plan. I will send a reminder message on Sunday night.

I got the schedule yesterday, and Wednesday and Thursday both look open for the meeting next week. I was checking against the work calendar, and Friday is already full. Wednesday afternoon would work better for me than the morning. I'll send out a note today to confirm if we start at 1 PM.
