We have updated our Terms of Use, Free Membership Agreement, Instant Message Service Agreement, Business Identity Terms & Conditions, Agreement on Use of Complaint Center, and Alibaba.com Membership Terms & Conditions.

These updates were published on March 3, 2026, and took effect on March 9, 2026.

Key Changes:

• Dispute Resolution: Disputes will now be resolved through arbitration administered by the HKIAC (Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre).
• Class Action Waiver: A new clause has been added waiving the right to participate in class action lawsuits.
