Asbestos management in buildings 8 September - limited availability 8 December This course is an introduction to managing asbestos in non-domestic premises to the standards required by Regulation 4 of CAR 2012. Delegates will gain practical skills in risk assessments, asbestos management tools and decision-making processes. COSHH: Practical assessment and control 9 and 10 September  6, 7 and 8 October, live online - limited availability 25 and 26 November Delivered across 2 or 3 days, this course provides an overview of the COSHH regulations and what they mean in practice. Delegates will learn how to identify and assess risks from hazardous substances, understand exposure limits and the principles of good control practice. Respirable crystalline silica (RCS): controlling the risks 17 November This course provides an overview of where significant risks from RCS can be expected. Delegates will gain an understanding of the health risks associated with RCS, how to comply with COSHH requirements and implement effective exposure controls.
