Course Review Committee

Are you interested in shaping the future of our local curriculum? Instructional Services is seeking a community member to represent our region on the annual Course Review Committee.

Each fall, in accordance with Regulation 3202, this committee reviews proposed updates to secondary course offerings and makes direct recommendations to the Superintendent. This year, the review will cover:

• Course Additions & Deletions: Adding new subjects and retiring legacy courses.
• Grade Weighting Updates: Adjustments to course weightings.
• Catalog Designations: Reclassifying courses between standard and optional status.

Event & Participation Details

• Date & Time: Thursday, October 8, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
• Location: Willow Oaks, Room 1000A
• Format: In-person meeting featuring presentations from school and central office staff, collaborative discussion, and voting on final recommendations.
