there are 3 levels to this

Everyone told you the first year of lifting would be crazy.

Beginner gains. Your body responds to everything. Build muscle faster than ever.

So you made sure you didn't waste it.

  • You lifted hard

  • You dialed the food

  • You watched all the videos

And three years later you still look like a guy who goes to the gym 'sometimes'.

So you start wondering if it's your genetics.

Or maybe you wasted your noob gains when you didn't know what you were doing.

Then you pick up another program. Jeff Nippard.

Or a different app. MacroFactor. BuiltWithScience. RP.

But still, the explosive gains aren't there.

Because there are three levels to understanding how muscle growth actually works, and almost everyone is stuck at level one.

Level one is the graph you've seen. Big gains early, then it tapers off forever.

Level two is why that graph didn't actually happen for you.

Level three is the part nobody talks about, but it's the one that keeps you in the game.

I broke all three down in a video I just posted.

Watch it here → You Didn't Waste Your Beginner Gains

You might be further ahead than you think.
