Honestly I thought we would just grab something after work but then the whole afternoon got away from us. Travis kept saying he could fix the latch himself but we all knew that was not going to happen before the sun went down. I think we ended up watching the neighbor's dog dig under the fence for almost an hour instead. Sometimes the easiest plan is the one you do not overthink.

Okay so I checked the weather again and now it says clear for the whole stretch, which is a little surprising because earlier it looked like rain would roll in around noon.
