Triple-Threat Prewars and the Case for Kips Bay

Bad news: The Kips Bay AMC is closing. For me, the loss is tinged with nostalgia because it’s where I saw Pirates of the Caribbean and got my first-ever migraine but was so absorbed that I stayed through the pain. To offset the memory of the headache, I found two homes for purchase so you can lay down roots quickly before they propose knocking down the I.M. Pei buildings, too.
