First thing: the Labor Day sale was meant to be finished. It's still running, so the tiers are still live. $250 gets you 15% off. $500 gets you 25%. At $800 it's 30%. Automatic at checkout, no code.

Second: the Pulsar sits well against those tiers. The Shimano Speed Pulsar and the SRAM Speed Pulsar are $599.99 in Black or Launch Edition, so either one clears the 25% tier on its own. The Aero Pulsar is $799.99, which is one cent under the 30% tier, so a set of pulleys or a bottom bracket alongside it tips the whole order over.
