I looked over the updated plan for the office gathering and the location change actually makes more sense given the head count. The room by the east entrance has better airflow and the tables can be arranged without much effort. We should plan to arrive about twenty minutes early to set up the sign-in sheet and place the name tags on the side table. I already asked if we can use the small cart for moving chairs, and that should be fine. For the snack table, let us keep it simple with water, tea, and a few light items. I can bring the extension cord and the extra pens. If anyone needs directions, I can send a note the night before. That should cover the main points.
