The conference room on the east wing has rolling whiteboards and a projector already mounted, so we would not need to bring any of that from the main office.
For sleeping arrangements, there are about fourteen rooms blocked off for our group, which should cover everyone if we double up. I sent a note to the coordinator about dietary restrictions and they said the kitchen can do separate meal cards.
We should probably carpool from the downtown lot around seven in the morning to avoid the highway merge. The drive is roughly two hours without stops. If we leave later than that we hit school traffic near the county line. I already mapped a rest stop with a big parking area if anyone needs to grab coffee.

So, about the weekend plan for the lake house. I checked with the rental office and they said the water level is fine, and the dock lights got fixed last Tuesday. We should still bring a couple of flashlights because the path from the driveway to the back porch is not fully lit after nine.
I was thinking we could do a simple pasta dinner Friday night instead of grilling, since the weather app keeps shifting between light rain and clear skies. The kitchen has a good stock pot and a colander, but there are no sharp knives, so I will pack two from home.
For sleeping, there are six twin beds and one pullout couch. That means two people will have to share the big room upstairs. I think that is fine if we rotate. We also need to grab ice on the way in because the store near the lake closes at eight.
