Hey Ala, When I was trying to pivot my career to DevOps I came really close to giving up a few times. It takes an extreme amount of effort to keep going after your 10th, 30th or even 100th rejection e-mail. In those moments it feels good to blame "the market" or other conditions. But that doesn't get you any closer to landing a job. Sometimes you simply need a reminder that it's possible. Don't give up, it is absolutely possible to land DevOps jobs, even in the United States. I know because THREE KubeCraft members landed jobs in a single day this week. Kevin and Robert are in the US. This is a fresh screenshot taken just now. As Rodolfo mentioned in his post (included in the bottom of this mail), we ran a Summer Sprint in KubeCraft to prepare people for the September hiring wave. And we're seeing those results now. We'll be doing a Winter Sprint in KubeCraft very soon, to prepare for the next hiring wave in January. If you want to be part of that sprint, and get expert coaching from senior engineers, you can click here to apply for membership. There are 5 spots left for September. The market is not the problem, and there are plenty of jobs out there. Go get them. Mischa P.S. these guys get the jobs because they get expert mentorship from me and have access to the ready-built systems we provide in KubeCraft. You can try to build it all on your own, or you can use a system that is proven to work. Book a free career strategy session to see how it works by clicking here.
