2415 7th Avenue S., Birmingham, AL 35233

10 a.m.-2 p.m.
Route: 1.4-mile course downtown
Open to: Veterans, service members, families, VA employees, community advocates, and partners

Marching in memory of Veterans and service members lost to suicide, and in support of those currently struggling.
Rucking represents the unseen burdens Veterans may carry — grief, stress, loneliness, transition.
No Veteran should have to carry that weight alone.

Today we march together. Tomorrow, we continue the mission together.

Prevention happens through everyday action: a phone call, noticing a change, asking "Are you really OK?"

Connects Veterans, or anyone concerned about a Veteran, with trained responders who understand military and Veteran experience.
