Hi Adam,

This morning I woke up without an alarm as usual.

I guessed what the time was and I then looked at the time on my phone to check.

I was wrong.

I was 2 minutes off.

Sometimes I'm in awe myself. Not of myself, but of my mind and body. How can my body know?

Well, how can our body know when it's time to go to the bathroom, or when it's time to eat, or when you need to blink, or anything?

It's remarkable. isn't it?

And it's so sad when people get used to taking drugs with the intent of fixing things, but actually make things worse.

What if we would need a drug to blink, or to swallow, or to digest, or to breathe, or to sleep?

So many do take drugs for sleep but don't realize that many sleep medications actually induce sedation. They do not trigger the vital stages of real sleep.

So if you ask me, engaging in training to develop skills for my body and mind is something I find much more rewarding.

And here you will learn that life-changing skill to fall asleep when you want, and wake up when you want without an alarm
