There are three things you need to look at New York real estate: an iron stomach, a healthy imagination, and an unshakable belief that sacrificing space is totally worth it because you’ve been meaning to pare down anyway, and who needs things like closets or pantries or even dining rooms for that matter when there are 400 restaurants within walking distance that you can’t afford? But I digress … this week, we exercised all three of these tenants on our visits to Greenwich Village, the Upper West Side, Morningside Heights, and Park Slope. Good luck and Godspeed out there.
