Hey Ala, I posted something inside the KubeCraft community. We're doing a 60 day sprint with even more intense coaching and support. I asked people if they were ready to lock in and start an intense grind to the next hiring wave that's coming in January. The comments started stacking up. 45 people have already committed. Here's what they're committing to. The KubeCraft Winter Sprint: 60 days to an offer letter. Most people treat the end of the year as dead time for their career. They sit on the couch, scroll job boards, and tell themselves they'll get serious in January. What they don't see is that this industry hires in waves. Hiring winds down as people prepare for the holidays. In December you cannot even get a panel of interviewers together, because John is off and Suzy is back after New Year. Then in January, new budgets get approved, and the search really hits. January and February is prime time for landing tech jobs, and most people are not ready for it. That means the weeks between now and January are the highest-leverage weeks of your entire year. Spend them building, and you walk into January with an irresistible portfolio, exactly when the hiring wave hits. Spend them on the couch thinking "I'll get ready in January", and you're too late. The Sprint exists to make sure you're in the first group. It runs inside KubeCraft, the program that has helped over 1,000 people into DevOps jobs by making them build real systems instead of watching tutorials. Do the work, follow the system, and interviews are guaranteed. The Sprint starts Friday November 6, and to be in the room you need to be a member before then. That means booking your call, meeting someone from my team, and getting onboarded before the group kicks off. For the next 60 days, here's what I'll be doing for this group:
And the best part: you're doing this together with 45+ people with the same goal: to land a job in January. This is not for the faint of heart. But most of us have enough courses already. We need a push. I'll be that push. You have two versions of this winter in front of you. In one of them, January arrives and nothing has changed. In the other, you're holding proof that employers can verify, right as they start hiring again. The January version of you gets built right now. |
