RAVEN REPORT

Thank you so much for our families donating to our breakfast this morning. Our staff greatly appreciated everything you all do to support Poe MS. We have some opportunities we hope you are able to join us for this week: Parent Vue set up if you need support (see below), Parent Advisory with our focus around mental health and a repeat session on Friday morning at our parent coffee. We are also closing in towards the end of the quarter, so please make sure students are aware of upcoming assignments, reassessment information, and any additional make up work they might have.

October 26- EOQ celebration in advisory

October 30- EOQ1 2-hr early release

Opportunities

Cross Country Parent Volunteers: The cross country team is  seeking parent volunteers for our final meets of the season! If you are able to lend a set of extra hands on October 17th (Robinson Secondary)  or October 24th (here at Poe MS), please let coaches Sara Tefera (smtefera@fcps.edu) and Yasmin Paraskevas (yjparaskevas@fcps.edu) know. No early arrival or additional preparation necessary. Parent volunteers help direct runners during the race (and get a front row view
