The legacy alerting service is now shutdown, as previously communicated here: Deprecation: Legacy alerting system - Genesys Cloud Resource Center.

Change Impact

Customers will need to update their applications to use the replacement notification topics:

v2.users.{id}.alerting.alerts
v2.users.{id}.alerting.rules

Date of Change

13 Mar 2025
Customers should use the new topics, but we will not remove the deprecated topics until we can demonstrate that no customers are utilizing them.
