Legal Updates Regarding Retaliation and Best Practices

Did you know that retaliation is the most frequently alleged basis of discrimination and the most common discrimination finding in EEOC cases? Are you aware of current laws regarding retaliation? 

This session will provide valuable insights on recent legal decisions and developments regarding retaliation that could potentially impact your organization. April 2024, a U.S. Supreme Court decision expanded the types of actions taken by employers that could be considered workplace retaliation. As retaliation is consistently the number one basis of discrimination charges filed with the EEOC, employers may wish to take a fresh look at their efforts to prevent retaliation. Additionally, we will share best practices for preventing workplace discrimination, avoiding pitfalls and help you lead with EEO confidence.
