San Fermin is a coffee we've been showcasing for over a decade. Together with our import partners, we curate a selection of producers each year that grow outstanding coffee to meet a particular flavour profile that is citrus-forward with bright acidity.
The San Fermin project unites 50+ producers, empowering farmers to produce high-quality, sustainable coffee, adopt organic practices, and consider climate resilience, encouraging innovations in shade trees, water filtration, and farming techniques that work in harmony with the environment.
