Hi Hassan, just confirming are you talking about the script page displaying fine when in the full browser UI, but not popping automatically when running the embedded client within Salesforce? Do you have the interaction utility item loaded to your lightning app? I don't believe that comes up automatically but relies on the user clicking the script button in the main phone widget within the utility bar, or clicking on the interaction utility widget in the same utility bar. Keen to see if anybody replies saying it should pop automatically as I don't think I ever got it to come up automatically.

I have integrated Genesys CTI with Salesforce and configured the popup page in the scripts, which works fine on the Genesys Softphone. However, when testing on Genesys CTI, the popup does not appear. I have also tested with a delay condition, but it still doesn't work. Are there any specific permissions or scopes in Salesforce required to display the popup?
