We are using Open messaging for offer chat to our customers but we are facing a problem with text formatting when trying to let our Agents to send text from a stand alone application to the chat ongoing chat session.
Can you please help in that?
We already tried: Markdown syntax for rich text in Messenger - Genesys Cloud Resource Center
and Format text in chats - Genesys Cloud Resource Center
but nothing worked
