DUI Arrest

Fairfax Boulevard and University Drive

April 6, 2025 • 11:34 p.m. 

Officers on routine patrol observed a vehicle driving erratically and conducted a traffic stop. The investigation revealed that the driver was under the influence of alcohol and was driving without a license. Suani Cruz Baca, 37, of Fairfax was arrested and transported to Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where he was charged with Driving Under the Influence, Driving Without a License, Driving While Revoked, and Failure to Maintain Lanes. Cruz Baca was held without bond. (2025-5110)

Assault

9500 Block of Fairfax Boulevard

April 11, 2025 • 3:25 p.m. 

Officers responded for the report of an assault. The reporting parties stated that they got into a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation, which caused the one of the parties to fall down a flight of stairs. Stephen Pryor Jr., 41, of Fairfax and Amini Manouchehr, 49, of Fairfax were issued and served warrants for Simple Assault. (2025-5381)


Hit and Run

7-Eleven, 9617 Fairfax Blvd.

April 11, 2025 • 8:43 p.m. 

Officers responded for the report of a hit and run. The reporting parties stated that, while they were looking for a parking space, an unknown male backed into their car as he exited his parking space, causing damage to their car. The reporting parties exited their car to speak with the subject. The subject drove away and struck one of the reporting parties. The victims declined medical treatment. This case is pending warrant service. (2025-5390)

April 12, 2025 • 2:06 a.m. 

Officers responded for the report of a vehicle collision. The reporting parties stated that they heard a loud crash from inside their residence, and, when they went outside to see what happened, they saw that a SUV had struck their vehicle. Investigation revealed that the the driver was under the influence of alcohol. Nancy Bendorf, 51, of Fairfax was arrested and transported to Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where she was charged with Driving Under the Influence and held on a secured bond. (2025-5415)

April 12, 2025 • 10:37 a.m. 

Officers responded for the report of fraud. The reporting party stated that persons unknown used their credit card to make a purchase. The Patrol Operations Division is investigating. (2025-5375)


Off-leash Dog

Kutner Park, 3901 Jermantown Rd.

April 12, 2025 • 12:09 p.m. 

Officers responded for the report of a dog off-leash. The reporting party stated that an off-leash dog rush at them and their leashed dog, scaring them. When they asked the dog's owner to keep their dog on leash, the dog's owner swore at them. Officers identified the dog owner and reminded them of the leash ordinance. The victim declined to press charges. There is no further information at this time. (2025-5429)

Officers responded for the report of vandalism. The reporting party stated that persons unknown damaged the CUE Bus shelter. Officers noted broken glass and dislodged metal framing. The Patrol Operations Division is investigating.  (2025-5430)

Officers on routine patrol observed a large amount of grafitti. Officers checked the property for additional grafitti and informed community management. The Patrol Operations Division is investigating. (2025-5435)


DUI Arrest

Blenheim Boulevard and Queen Anne Drive

April 13, 2025 • 2:52 a.m. 

Officers on routine patrol observed a vehicle stopped in the middle of the roadway. When officers pulled up to offer assistance, the vehicle drove off at a high speed, drove erratically, and then came to a stop in the roadway again. Officers iniated a traffic stop. Investigation revealed the driver was under the influence. David Delgadillo Ruiz, 34, of Annandale was arrested and transported to Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where he was charged with Driving Under the Influence, Driving While Not Licensed, and Stopping on a Highway. Delgadillo Ruiz was held on an unsecured bond. (2025-5466)
