It was 2014 when longtime members of the Chicago Board of Trade and Chicago Mercantile Exchange first lodged a class-action lawsuit against CME Group, the publicly held company that emerged from the combination of those two venerable futures exchanges. After the failure of multiple CME attempts to kill the suit, there now is a court date.
