Nvidia’s relationship with China: Nvidia Chief Executive Officer Jensen Huang traveled to Beijing and affirmed the importance of the Chinese market, just after US President Donald Trump banned the company from selling its H20 AI chip there. 

Perplexity talks to Samsung: Perplexity AI is in talks with Samsung and Lenovo Group’s Motorola to bring its artificial intelligence digital assistant to the companies’ smartphones. The Samsung talks are early, while the Motorola tie-up will be announced this month, said people familiar with the discussions. 

Roblox, Discord quizzed on child safety: Attorneys general in Florida and New Jersey are pressing Roblox and Discord on whether the popular video game apps are sufficiently protecting children from predators on the platforms.

Revalued

German startup Grover Group is nearing a restructuring deal that would see some creditors take over the majority of equity in the electronics-rental company. Fasanara Capital and M&G are among the investors poised to inject €30 million ($34 million) to €35 million in fresh funds if a court approves the plan. Grover specializes in renting electronics like smartphones and tablets to consumers.
