School hosts taste test event for parents
(Umatilla School District)
Parents at McNary Heights Elementary School in Umatilla, Ore., recently participated in a taste test during parent-teacher conferences, comparing a school meal of orange chicken and brown rice with a similar dish from Panda Express. The school meal had fewer calories, fat and sodium, and all 86 parents who tried it said they liked it.
