Overview:

Join CMCS for a webinar highlighting a new short-term, accelerated technical assistance opportunity for state Medicaid agencies. This technical assistance opportunity, which is scheduled to start in mid-July and conclude in November 2025, is intended to share best practices, lessons learned, and innovative strategies related to expanding substance use disorder (SUD) treatment and recovery services provider capacity. Technical assistance will be provided through a learning collaborative model.

During the webinar, CMCS and its contractor, NORC, will provide a brief overview of the technical assistance opportunity including the benefits of participation, eligibility, roles, expectations for selected state Medicaid agencies, application process, and timeline.
