Hi,

We’ve made some updates to our Terms and Conditions to better reflect how
Shapr3D is growing—both as a product and as a company. Here’s a quick summary
of what has changed:

We have:
  • clarified which terms apply to individual users and which apply to business
    customers;
  • added new terms related to our Teams feature, including how teams are
    created and managed;
  • updated our policies around intellectual property and third-party IP claims;
  • revised the section on prohibited uses of the platform and added clearer
    guidelines for community participation;
  • set forth the purposes for which free users can use the app;
  • outlined the design limits for each subscription;
  • added new terms to the rules of Shapr3D file export;
  • introduced terms that allow us to use user-generated content to help improve
    our products;
  • defined how sync services may vary by region.
These changes will take effect latest on June 15.

If you’re not comfortable with the new terms, you can close your account before that
date, though we would be really sorry to see you go.

If you continue using Shapr3D after the effective date, the updated terms will
automatically apply.

Take a moment to review the full Terms and Conditions—we’ve made these
changes to support a better, more transparent user experience.
