In the second panel, a "MAGA" agent with sunglasses and a crew-cut confronts Newsom and says, "Governor, I have a warrant for your arrest whatever that means...not going to use this much longer." In the third panel, Newsom asks, "Um...what are the charges?" The MAGA agent says, “I can't read very well, but... I think it's aggravated truth, attempted reality, and two counts of keeping it real...And better hair than Trump.” In the fourth panel, Newsom asks, "Are you going to read me my rights?" to which the agent responds, "Uh...what are rights?" In the fifth panel, the agent tells Newsom, "It's time to take you into custody... but you get one phone call..." Newsom is on the phone, saying, "Yo, Padilla! got any arrest tips?" A voice on the phone replies, "Yeah. Don't get between Kristi Noem and a camera..."
