N.Y.C. Comptroller Is Arrested by ICE Agents at Immigration Courthouse

Video shows Brad Lander, a candidate for mayor, being handcuffed and pushed against a wall. The arrest came five days after Senator Alex Padilla, Democrat of California, was shoved and handcuffed by federal officers.
