Lake Braddock Secondary School Athletics & Activities Registration
Student eligibility for participation in Virginia High School League athletics and VHSL activities (One-Act Theatre, Debate, Scholastic Bowl, Esports) is governed by the rules of the VHSL.
It is important to know that, by default, all students who change from one school to another are ineligible for VHSL athletic and activity participation at the new school. Students will be required to demonstrate that they satisfy the criteria of VHSL Rule 28A-7-1 (Transfer Rule) before they can be declared eligible to participate in any VHSL-sponsored program. Legislation introduced in the Virginia General Assembly and recently signed into law will result in two significant changes to the athletic pre-participation examination (physical) requirements for FCPS student-athletes:
Bruins Summer Sports Camps 2025
The schedule is out! Registration is open!
The Bruins welcome athletes in grades 3 - 12 from all ability levels to our camps. Athletes will be grouped by age and skill in their respective sports. We offer a balanced program of instruction in fundamentals and game competition. Our camp staff are Lake Braddock Secondary coaching staff, alumni, and current players. We have four membership categories so choose the one that works best for you: Super Bruin, Family, Individual (non-student), or Student.
Every LBABC member gets a Booster Pass that can be used for admission to all Lake Braddock REGULAR SEASON HOME GAMES, for all VHSL sports, throughout the school year. Senior athletes who are LBABC members are eligible to apply for one of the LBABC scholarships in the spring.
