“Cut carbs to lose weight.” No. Eat complex carbs as part of a balanced diet. Our bodies need them!
What’s a recent accomplishment that you’re proud of?
“I reached my step goal of 10,000 steps every single day in 2024.”
Who would you choose to be stranded on a deserted island with and why?
“Les Stroud because we would have the highest chance of survival!”
What’s your favorite way to celebrate your birthday?

What snacks do you pack for work or trips?
“Whole grain bread with peanut butter is my go-to convenience food! It’s easy, delicious, satisfying, and I don’t need a cooler. I also pack bananas, little oranges, and walnuts for the same reasons.”

“1) Norway 2) Stonehenge 3) Machu Picchu”
What’s the best nutrition advice you’ve learned?
