This is the power of STANCE, an electrifying new storytelling competition from SCMP Learn that celebrates the voices of young changemakers. This first-of-its-kind competition provides a unique opportunity for secondary school students across Hong Kong and Asia to explore the issues that shape our world and express their viewpoints through compelling storytelling. In doing so, they’ll get to develop their skills in English writing, critical thinking and public speaking—a must for success in today’s interconnected and dynamic world. With less than one month to go before the submission deadline, we are calling on students in Secondary 1–5 / Year 7–11 to submit their original written entries for a chance to become one of the top 10 finalists who will present at our live Grand Finale Showcase this October.
