| An all-girls summer camp along the banks of the Guadalupe River in Central Texas was flooded and 20 girls are unaccounted for after heavy rains inundated the region. Gov. Greg Abbott said the state is sending the National Guard and water rescue teams to the area as more rain is expected in coming hours. |
