Texas flooding death toll climbs to 59, including 21 children
At least 59 people were confirmed dead Sunday as a result of the Fourth of July floods along the Guadalupe River, Kerr County Sheriff Larry Leitha said. That includes 21 children.
The number of campers who are unaccounted for from Camp Mystic stands at 11 in addition to one counselor. A total of 27 children had been missing from the camp.
