Officers responded for the report of fraud. The reporting party stated that they received a call from a person claiming to be from Bank of America stating that their account has been compromised. Officers responded for a motor vehicle crash. Officers located a vehicle that had crashed into a parked car. Investigation revealed the driver was under the influence of alcohol. Johanna Gutierrez-Cossio, 24, of Centreville was arrested and transported to Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where she was charged with Driving Under the Influence. Gutierrez-Cossio was released on an unsecured bond. (2025-13691)

The reporting party stated they got a message on their phone stating their bank account was compromised and that they needed to purchase gift cards to correct the issue. Officers responded for the report of a stole vehicle. The reporting party stated that earlier in the day an unknown male came into the dealership and purchased a vehicle.
