A Message from the PTA President
Dear Hunt Valley Families,
It was great to see so many of you at Saturday’s Fun Run and Wellness Fair! We certainly have some budding athletes in our midst! Besides the speed of those at the front of the running pack, I was most impressed with the tenacity of the whole group. Our students stuck with it and gave their all even when they grew uncomfortable. This is an admirable skill to have, especially in such young people! Go Hawks!
I look forward to seeing that same kind of mental grit represented in our other extracurricular programs. Whether your student is making one more draft of their Reflections art project, wants to get a jump on practicing spelling words for the winter Spelling Bee, asks you to play another game of Chess, or is already planning ahead for their booth at this year’s Science/STEAM fair, I am certain I’ll be impressed over and over again by our Hawks as the year goes on. Thanks for letting me be a witness to the start of their amazing journey!
If you need anything, please reach out to President@huntvalleypta.org or info@huntvalleypta.org.
Sincerely,
Kacie Jones
Hunt Valley PTA President
