Abs are not made in the kitchen, A

When I first started chasing abs, I did what everyone does…

Cutting carbs
Ab circuits

Here's what I wish I knew back then:

You build your six-pack in the gym.
You reveal it in the kitchen.

You already have abs.

And you can make them bigger by training them properly.

But if they’re under a layer of body fat - no amount of sit ups will do the trick.

So do this today...

Track your food intake for the entire day using a calorie tracking app.

That way you can ensure you're in a calorie deficit, and pulling fat off your midsection.

I like MacroFactor better than myfitnesspal. I've been on the annual subscription for the last 4 years. Code MARRA will get you in for free for 2 weeks.

There's not one single thing you could be doing in 5 minutes each day that would be more impactful.

It's the key habit that everyone talks about for a reason.

In the next email, we'll take a look at just how much fat and weight you need to lose in order to see your abs.

Thanks for reading.
