OpenAI to ease ChatGPT restrictions for adult users

OpenAI plans to ease ChatGPT restrictions for adults after implementing age verification, enabling the potential for erotic or sexually explicit conversations, says CEO Sam Altman. The move comes after the chatbot faced criticism for handling sensitive mental health issues poorly and recently introduced parental controls and other safety features. Additionally, Altman said OpenAI will introduce a version of ChatGPT with a more engaging personality.

Walmart is deploying millions of ambient IoT sensors across its US supply chain, in collaboration with Wiliot. The sensors, powered by ambient energy, will track pallets, providing real-time data on temperature, location and humidity. The data from these sensors will feed into Walmart's AI systems, enabling smarter, faster inventory decisions and enhanced visibility on product location throughout its vast distribution network.
