Cherry Run News October 17

Dear Cherry Run Families,

I hope this message finds you well as we settle into the crisp, beautiful days of mid-October! This week, our students have been hard at work, and we are already looking forward to two wonderful community events designed to bring our families together and celebrate reading.

Our school-wide Book Fair is coming to the library next week, running from Monday, October 21st, through Thursday, October 24th.This is a fantastic opportunity for students to browse a curated selection of books and find something exciting to read. All purchases directly benefit our school library by helping us buy new books and resources.

Our Annual Fall Festival is also right around the corner on Tuesday, October 28th, from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM. This is one of the most exciting events of the year, and it’s a perfect opportunity for students and families to have some fun together after school.

Please note that Monday, October 20th, will be a student holiday in observance of Diwali. School will be closed, and there will be no classes or after-school activities.

As always, thank you for your continued partnership in your child’s education. We are so excited to see many of you at both the Book Fair and the Fall Festival in the coming weeks!

We hope you enjoy the three day weekend.

Maura Donahue and Miranda Goss
