This message is for users of the PECOS PI and AI applications in the Production environment.

Please be advised that the CMS PECOS PI and AI applications in the Production (PROD) environment will not be available from 9:00 AM EDT to 12:00 PM EDT on Saturday, 10/25/2025, due to the R7.55.2 code deployment.

The following updates and defect fixes are included in this release:

• Revert the changes made to the manage signatures page to collect telephone number and Make Authorized Official telephone number required on Individual control section on Authorized/Delegated Official page in PI. The changes are part of the 855B form updates and will be controlled by a switch, which will be set to "N" in Production until we receive approval to change it to "Y".
• Fixed an issue in AI regarding option codes not appearing on the MCS screen
• Updated AI to remove certain roles from appearing in the State's Report.
• Fixed an issue in AI where users were unable to deactivate L&T's with end dates past 12/31/2025.
• Fixed an issue in AI where users were unable to add EFT information to finalized enrollments.
• Updated AI to display a new recommended error message when an enrollment is missing PECOS EFT information from imported records.
• Fixed an issue in AI where 855S EFT records were not being reconciled correctly.
• Fixed an issue where not all Authorized Officials were being displayed in the dropdown on the Signature page.
