Please be informed that Pesonet outlets will be unavailable for cash-in and cash-out transactions during the special non-working holidays on October 31 and November 1, 2025. Normal Pesonet operations will resume after the holidays.

Instapay transfers will remain available for both cash-in and cash-out during this period. 

Kindly note that some banks or e-wallets may experience intermittent connectivity issues. If you notice that your Instapay transfer takes longer than usual to reflect in your local account, please don't hesitate to contact our support team, ~ we're happy to assist!
